Toilets: You have to see these pictures.

In most public toilets like this one you have to squat. Facing forward you step on the green tiles and squat down. This takes a little getting use to.

Every hotel we stayed in had these fancy toilets. The controls on the left sprays water on two different spots on you. Among the many other options are: oscillating water, water temperature controls, volume of water sprayed, heated toilet seat, sound to mask and unpleasant noises, and blow dryer when you're done.
